Kiser was considered a good selection because he had a 3/4 round projection but was picked in the 5th round. McVay essentially red shirted him that year, only playing some special teams. He's quite litteraly done NOTHING in his NFL career.
Jones, is just like Kiser. They play the same in every way. The difference here is that he was PROJECTED to be a 4th or 5th round guy taken in the third.
In regards to Morris, I simply don't see it. His success has been with tweener LB'S. This is not an athletic LB that Morris' systems have famously been known for.
He may be good, but it just doesn't make sense. Unless Morris I being told what players he needs or what style to run that doesn't hold for me. It's just more of the same.
