What an odd term.
I think that, in most jurisdictions, only a city/county/state prosecutor can file CRIMINAL CHARGES against someone. According to the article, Mr. Hollis is an attorney merely REPRESENTING THE ALLEGED ASSAULT VICTIM.
Have to wonder if he (Mr. Hollis) means that he intends to file/make a REPORT to local police to simply investigate the matter; and/or, that he intends to file a LAWSUIT against Donald.
Well, as Mr. Hollis is an attorney, I guess I have the answer to the latter issue.
Anyways, I wonder what happened?
