If he does all the power to him, but really you really think he may improve with less around him? IMO he didn't elevate anyone around him with the RAMS. You think he'll start off doing that now? They well be starting to build something with this draft but IMO right now it's like a guy who got a limo drive to work and now he's thumbing it.
He's got a rough road ahead with as of today not much to HELP him, much less he help out everyone else.
