It sounds like the Rams have a model organization for the 21st century. Here is a rather low level employee that has open access pretty much anywhere. She says "everybody talks to everybody". This is what leads to innovation, collaboration, and ultimately to making the organization a good place to work and successful.
I learned a long time ago to visit the blue-collar and lower level employees and listen to them, because they are the ones that have to implement what the decision makers decide. And when there is open communication and no threat of being shoved aside because of different views and inputs, it makes everyone better.
The Rams are going to be good for a very long time if they keep up this kind of organizational culture.
