Fuller should be outstanding in year two so one spot is locked up.
Rapp, Burgess, and Scott are already competing for the other spot.
Nickel factors in here too potentially, i.e. Burgess might come off that list and be our slot guy. But even if he doesn't the Rams have invested in that position.
IMO there is a BPA factor here, where if the Rams feel a safety at any point is a big bargain or impact player they might take him. But outside of that drafting another safety means they don't like Rapp for sure. It also might mean they don't like Burgess. Scott was a special teams pick, but they seem to like him, however drafting a safety reflects poorly on him too.
Safety is unlikely to be drafted IMO. We don't have a lot of picks to play with here.
