Ogletree called the D in 2016 & 2017, Littleton called the D 3 years ago, then it was Weddle in 2019, followed by JJ last year.
The Rams have used both ILB and S in the last 5 years so it would make sense to focus on those two positions for this year's signal caller.
And it doesn't seem that changing signal callers every year is a big deal.
