This post might be better on another thread, but I’m thinking ShanaLynch are laying a smoke screen.
I don’t think drafting a franchise QB helps him now. Shanahan can coach up guys and they have—wait for it—Josh Rosen. People might think Rosen is a bust.
But what I think they do is take Kyle Pitts. The Niners are going to replay the Patriot days of Gronk and Hernandez.
If they field Kittle and Pitts (sounds like a dog food), it won’t matter much who Shanahan puts back there. The Niner O will be deadly.
Just my $0.02 cents. But I don’t see Shanahan getting fired any time soon.
