Outsider Opinions on Goff/McVay Offense + Stafford Nuggets

I know everyone is tired of Goff stuff. Including this more because of the take on McVay and what he was asking of Goff that may have hurt his success . Will McVay do the same with Stafford? It's part of the Shanahan offense.
Opinions come from 2 guys. Tony Franklin (Former Cal OC), and Adam Dedeaux (3DQ
. Both Stafford and Goff work with Dedeaux in the off-season along with Brady and other top QBs.
Overall takeaway from both guys is that Goff is way better from the shotgun and McVay had him run a ton of sweeps and play action where is back was to the field. McVay admitted part of it was on him. Is this what McVay was thinking of?
