I don't care how much Jones might want to play in LA or with Stafford. He isn't going to forego millions to do it. He is going to ask for and probably get a whole bunch more than the Rams can pay.
I don't know why this keeps coming up as if the salary cap is some kind of fairy tale and the Rams have a cup of fairy dust to make it alright.
