Having said that, I am ok with this trade because it's a game and it really has been boring with Goff. And McVay.
Even if we had won the superbowl a couple years ago, as a grown @ss man, I could never see buying a Goff jersey. He just didn't move the needle as a fan, as good as he was for us.
So whether we win more or less games with Stafford, I am happy to have a guy who can make players around him better and go down swinging. Because it's exciting and passing the ball behind the line of scrimmage and having Woods run the jet sweep all day is not exciting.
Hopefully he stays healthy.
That's too funny! I think you may care if we suck or it looks like Stafford is the reason the Rams lose. Goff as boring I understand. People question why Goff has had as much success as he has because he looks so pedestrian. The truth is he does a lot of small things right that more exciting guys can't. Can't wait to see how this coming season plays out!
