DESERT RAM
I think Havenstein will be hard to trade and may just get released if Rams need cap space. With reduced caps this year there is going to be a crazy amount of talent cut loose by various teams throughout the NFL. A lot of talented people will available because many teams won't have cap space and many players will be playing for league minimum.

If they put him on the market he will be desired because he comes with a good contract. Baltimore's an obvious spot. If we had first round picks I'd expect a player swap with us giving them picks on top. But we can't afford that.
I do think a trade is likely too. Edwards should be fine at RT. He's a more consistent version of Hav IMO and is maturing nicely so if they want to swing him out there sounds good to me.
So you expect us to have to pay for someone to take him?
If you move Edward's you just open a hole at guard that neither Noteboom or Evans can fill so tesdimg Hav in that scenario would be kinda pointless.
I think they would only trade him if they feel they have a replacement with having to create another hole. Something like plugging Noteboom or Evans there. If they don't feel those two can handle it I doubt they trade him.
Why would we pay for someone to take him. He's appropriately paid. Teams could use a good run game RT.
If they were to move Havenstein it would effectively be moving money to the interior of the OL. Because that would likely mean they will chase a top center or OG in FA. If they think Edwards might be an upgrade at RT then the move makes sense.
