One of my nagging thoughts about the Packers game is that the Rams could have presented a healthier, larger front 4 and attempted to shut down the run first.

I think Donald was more hurt then he let on and probably should not have played at least the 1st half. If the Rams use more Gaines/A Robinson which is their jumbo 3rd and short package, would that have helped the Rams defense in that Rodgers would have had to pass every down and make them a bit more predictable?

If so, maybe this defense has what it needs to be more stout up front already on the roster.
