Going back to 2015, looking just at rounds 1-3, 11 centers were selected in that span. (Actually it's 19 but 8 of them played guard in the NFL, at least in their first few years, some of those switching to center later). Of those 11, 8 started at least 8 games at center as rookies.

Grasu, Kelly, Elflein (at least his first 2 years), Cole, Price, McCoy, Bradbury, Cushenberry.
