Were you surprised that Jim Harbaugh was given a 4-year extension? I was. I know 2020 was an anomoly, but his previous 5 seasons weren't great either. Inquiring minds want to know.... will they ever beat Ohio State?
2015: 10-3
2016: 10-3
2017: 8-5 (only Big 10 team to lose their bowl game)
2018: 10-3
2019: 9-4
2020: 2-4 (didn't win any home games)
I can't say I'm surprised. I can't say that I'm anything but numb to the whole thing. It kind of feels like 10 wins is the ceiling and there's not much hope for anything after that. We can't beat Ohio State and it's a crap shoot to just win a bowl game. I guess being mediocre is the new norm.
