The TV networks signed deals in 2014 for the rights to broadcast games thru 2022. Under the terms of those agreements the networks will pay the NFL $39.6B (that's billion) for the rights to the game. Those fees are not affected by whether TV viewership goes up or down so no, if TV viewership dropped this past season it will not affect how much TV revenue the NFL receives. [

The variables in league revenues are ticket sales (which obviously went down) and merchandise (which may have also gone down). But league revenues that come from TV are set by those contracts signed in 2014.
The next deals will start with the 2022 season and they're already saying those deals could 'far exceed' $100B (again, that's billion) for 10 years. [
