FWIW, he didn't hire Bonamego or Thomas Brown (RB's) until mid-Feb last year.
Typically there is a lot of networking and lobbying for jobs at the Senior Bowl, but I imagine COVID cut that off, as well as Sean being in Cabo during that time.
Looking at the coaching staffs Sean has been part of, every guy he's worked with in the past is either retired or employed at a high level elsewhere. There are a couple of coaches from Morris's defensive staff available, but for the most part that's true of him as well.
He did a great job going outside his sphere with Staley and Brown, (not so much Bonamego) maybe they are still sifting through candidates.
I'd like him to bring Jay Gruden onto the staff.
