I really don't get your point. Yes snead has made errors. Mcvay has made errors. So has goff. They're all human. In response I would say that mcvay and snead have made more good decisions than bad. As an outsider looking in Id probably would have the same about goff. But obviously we don't know the whole story. Clearly mcvay felt goff was not the answer or you don't make that move.

Yes all humans and all have strengths and weaknesses.

I think McVay's issue is he is a control freak and that issue may not go away even with a new QB.

Goff is a team guy and more passive so I'd think he would go along with whatever coach says but maybe Goff finally stood up to McVay and that is what the 4 hour conversation was about? I can only speculate.

Stafford is older and more type A. I am dying to see how this all plays out because then we will have many of the answers we all seek.
