Silver is definitely a biased Cal guy but doesn't mean he is wrong.

We've all seen Sneed make a lot of BAD contract decisions. That dude should not be allowed to extend anyone. He is better at trading, drafting, and finding coaches.

We've all seen a lot of BAD play calls by McVay on 3rd and 15 and in the redzone that defies logic.

I have a feeling we will still see that in 2021 unless Stafford is given the reins and does his own thing.
