The only reason Goff is in Detroit is because of the connection to Holmes. He wanted Goff when the Rams drafted him and must still feel some kind of loyalty to him.
I doubt very seriously if any other team is willing to pick up Goff's contract.
I believe he would restructure to go from DET to NE
