This year's Goff didn't play like 2018 Goff.
McVay has made some bad calls.
The bad contracts did limit our team's ability to procure better talent.
I remember watching the replay of one of the college national championship playoffs. I watched each critical play a few times just to see what made the difference. What I saw was one team was not making little mistakes while the other team was making those mistakes. A few yards off the receiver here, a poor tackle there, a block that broke down one second too soon. Their defeat was a combination of the weakness of the whole.
Goff warrants much of the criticism he's receiving, as does McVay. I believe both can continue to improve. I hope we don't lose Goff or McVay.
Similar to the Seahawk's fans, we've been spoiled with so much success. I live amongst Lion's fans. I am confident about next year.
