I'm focused on who is the genius behind drafting great TEs.

Shanhan was the OC and McVay the TE coach at Washington when Jordan Reed was drafted in 2013 in the 3rd round.

Shanhan was HC when Kittle was drafted in the 5th round!!

McVay was the HC when Brycen Hopkins was selected last year in the 4th round.

Is Hopkins a stud or a dud? Better than Higbee? Reed? Kittle?

If he is not at least as good as Higbee, then clearly Shanhan is the one that can spot talent over McVay.
