McVay had Reed at Washington. We've all wanted to see that production with the Rams.

Higbee has shown flashes of greatness but disappears far too often and is inconsistent in blocking.

Wondering if Shanahan is the true TE guru as he was able to take a mid-round Kittle and turn him into the best TE in the league in a year.
