I don't know if someone will offer him $3 or $4 mil. Maybe. Maybe not.
But if the Rams could retain him for less than $1.5 per year on perhaps a 2 year deal, they ought to do it. He shows up, plays hard, he just isn't the starting quality they need.
I think their top 2 priorities for the draft are Edge rusher and Center. And I think Center first. McVay cannot be happy with how far his offense has fallen. And I think as far as the Oline goes for the Rams, the issue begins at Center.
I suspect the Rams can find an under performing FA young Edge Rusher somewhere to come in. No idea who. But if a player fits that profile, his agent ought to be all over trying to figure out how to get him on the Rams.
