I want to know who the heck identified Staley.... No track record and yet #1 D in the league in year one?

He inherited a lot but I feel like the pieces just fit so well together.

Fuller a 6th rounder does a pretty decent job all year. Supposedly Holmes found him.

Does Snead have a draft board of position coaches ranked so he knows who to call first when someone gets poached?
