Makes more sense now how they could pull off a Watson trade.
However, I'm not a fan of the "robbing Peter to pay Paul" method of wheeling and dealing every year.
I'm glad the Rams are good at drafting in the mid and lower rounds, and Ramsey has been a better addition than I could I imagined, but we're missing out on some good players not having a first round pick year in and year out.
For a guy like Watson, and at the most important position in the game, it's probably worth it.
At some point though, they need to pump the brakes on all the trades. We can't re-sign everybody, and the draft is a cheaper way to fill holes and add depth.
