Maybe seeing Wolford have some success with his team?
Maybe Whitworth gives him comfort/confidence? Goff has been worse since he went out.
It seemed like Whitworth was calling out his confidence a bit in the post game presser.
Reminds me of that catcher in the movie Major League 2 where he keeps missing the throw to 2nd base so they have him memorize playboy stats so he can settle down and play ball.
He looked better mentally to me last night even though he looked physically less capable.
