Not that my opinion mean much. Good post still. Until they believe a change is needed or a different QB type or style will put them over the top they are also accountable for the outcome. For example Note is in for Whitfield. If they ask him do do what he can't and he fails then they will eventually address that you would think. Until then they have to do what they can for him to succeed and if they can't they will know why he will fail. I apply this logic to Goff. If he simply cannot do it doesn't have it and they don't make a change then it is on them. If they know what to do and what will help him succeed they will take those actions as well. Sometimes our fixes need fixen.
