I think the one that might bother me the most is the fumble on the scramble. You're an NFL QB and you are NOT Lamar Jackson, Kyler Murray, etc. Be responsible to your team by protecting yourself and the ball. Get down. Slide. Whatever that...was...he was doing was, well, lazy (lacking focus and judgement).
That was the one that did it for me. Shows a lack of awareness and in his fifth year that shouldn't be an issue.

Including Goff's big (actual) problem, which is pressing to make plays that are not there.
He has never run like that into defenders without an intention to slide his entire career. (Name another time.) That's someone pressing and making a mistake.
