But you’re missing the most important point.
Goff only does poorly when McVay doesn’t prepare him well.
See, McVay prepares him well for AZ and Seattle, but doesn’t for the Niners, Miami, and Pats.
In others words, McVay is the hidden culprit behind Goffs poor performances.
We gotta fix McVay before he ruins our franchise QB.
I won't be surprised if Goff does better against AZ but I'm not as confident about that as I have been in recent years. Joseph has improved that defense and I don't know that the Rams have such a matchup advantage as they have before. We'll see. If Goff has a good, complete game, maybe there's more hope than it feels like right now. If he struggles though or has a good half and bad half, it's hard to think that much has changed.

I agree that there a chance Goff is at the point of unraveling now. There is nowhere else to go. He’s in year 5, he’s got a solid team. I’ve seen it before.
