McVay is maturing as a head coach and is tired of taking on that same old burden when his QB is letting him down. IMO this should have been his press conference after the Miami game. So it's a bit late but the bottom line is we're seeing the head coach call a spade a spade here and I think it's a positive step forward.

Training wheels are off. Step it up QB.
