McVay must be at wits end dealing with Goff.
All he asks him to do is not screw up and make a few simple throws and Goff can even do that.

I wonder if Rams fans consider Goff to be equitable to Baker Mayfield? They both have the exact same passer rating. On top of that, I would bet that most Rams fans consider Mayfield to be a turnover machine yet his INT% is 2.4 compared to Goff's 2.5. Mayfield has a much higher TD% too(5.8 to 3.9).
And, considering the oft used argument that all that matters is if the team wins, Baker is 8-3 while Goff is 7-4. Would most Rams fans even consider Mayfield as equitable to Goff? Yet, he's outplaying him in many ways. That should be very sobering.
Also this is year 3 for Mayfield and year 5 for Goff.
