I don’t know how high Goff’s ceiling might be, but I do feel certain that he hasn’t reached it yet. I’m just gonna try to enjoy the ride.
I agree that Goff hasn't reached his ceiling. I'm also saying, he's not in the class with the elite QBs. But he's also not a liability, or a QB that needs to be game planned around. He has skills that go under appreciated by the lazy observer. When Goff is on, he is deadly on the intermediate throws, probably better than any QB in the NFL. He reminds me of Ken Stabler in that respect. Thats a big reason why the Rams can get all those YAC from Kupp and Woods. But, for some reason, Goff gets criticized when his receivers get all those YACs, as if he has nothing to do with them.
