It reminds me on how my father was on Phil Simms with the New York Football Giants. IMO, Goff's best games are still going to result in a minimum of one or two gaffes and his bad games can just be one mistake after another. I want Goff to see a play is blown up & not to throw a screen pass into a crowd or to throw at their feet and live to fight another play.
Even my wife said on the Monday Night game, "Goff can look so good." Yes, he can and then boom! I don't mind the interception he threw to Woods because Woods was held on the play and Goff was throwing to a spot, but snapping the ball with one second on the clock because he has to process everything is driving me crazy. In the end, I have to realize all he does well, but I have come to expect one or two mistakes per game and hopefully the defense can keep the teams at bay.
