He could have added runs that require more power blocking like they did against Dallas, Philly, and Buffalo
Yeah it was frustrating, but I'm just glad McVay realized it early that running wasn't going to be our best plan of attack and put the game on Goff....Goff did the rest.
We used the quick throws as our run game and it worked.... by the time the third quarter came around I was like , just throw it....we were waisting downs trying to run the ball at that point and Goff and the receivers were running hot.
There is a good discussion about how McVay knew coming into that game the Bucs were going to sell out to stop the run on the 11 Personnel podcast.
