Well assuming your count would be consistent going back over old games, that would make this one of the games where Goff did not perform poorly facing multiple pressures---some previous examples being the 2nd SF game in 2018 (defense lost that game), the 2018 championship game, and the 2018 Monday Night game against the Chiefs.
But it's hard to say because that's mixing different counts--you (recent Tampa game), and PFR (all other examples listed).

My guess is my count process would not only be consistent, it would probably also be higher than the others. And thats fine. My whole reason for doing it was to satisfy my curiosity that Goff didn't throw 45 balls without any pressure. I think thats virtually impossible.
In the 2018 MNF game against KC, PFR has him pressured on 21 throws. That game he had 49 attempts. It's actually 54 drop backs if you count the 5 sacks.
