I like McVay I mean every week people are just wide open... I mean sometimes its ridiculous how his scheme gets teams on their heels
Max you and I had a good chuckle/exchange about it during the game in the game time forum... they were eviscerating that Tampa 4 man rush zone coverage. They were completely on their heels.
At the same time during that game I was thinking where is the run game. Did they come into this game with 2 runs against this defense? What would they have done if Goff wasn't sharp?
See for me even though the Rams won... there were things in how he called that game that were red flags for me and that go back to that SB
What about you? Did you get that feeling at all?
Anyhow... so for me I can appreciate him a ton but still make critical observations
