Well I think you assume I am saying things I am not. I've seen that a lot today. People arguing with their own assumptions about what is said. I don't know where that vibe comes from.
DW was ranked high in qb ranking when thrown to--and that's not just from one game--and that is good, right?
But I did not compare him to JR, and I did not say that makes him better than JR as an all-around corner. JR is just unusually flexible in the things he can do and the ways you can use him.
Either way the stat or ranking in question is not "who is the best corner," it is "who gets the best qb rating when thrown to." Saying that stat is legit is just not claiming what you're arguing with.
For example, as was already discussed yesterday, that stat does not account for qbs quite simply not throwing to you at all, which is what we often get with JR.
