You're gonna have to replace him in a couple years. I Think the Rams want to develop someone younger they can keep around for 10 years. Of course this begs the question why would you bring him to camp if you have no intention of keeping him.

So, isn't it past time to ask the question? It seemed all offseason that Lirim was the best option. His big leg to get touchbacks, professional experience, and proven accuracy all seemed to make him the obvious choice. Sloman was the surprise and proved to be the wrong choice. Forbath and Gay? Really? If they really believed in MacGinnis, why Gay?
I REALLY want to know what Lirim did to get blackballed, not just from the Rams, but the rest of the NFL as well.
