Now come-on, how does some teams keep coaching staffs intact and others don't? There is no reason for Kevin O'Connell or Brandon Staley to be on anyone's list with the list of others out there that have been far more successful. In fairness, I don't expect Staley to go yet, but O'Connell is possible. However, there are many out there more deserving like Eric Bieniemy is an obvious choice and if you want a young up and coming OC that actually calls plays, how about Joe Brady of Carolina?
Although the 49ers have suffered many injuries, Robert Saleh of the 49ers, Matt Eberflus DC of the Colts, Brian Daboll of the Bills is very deserving and if you want to get a young college Head Coach, Matt Campbell of Iowa State could be similar to Matt Rhule of the Panthers, who came from Baylor. Byron Leftwich should get some interviews too, especially being a former QB, maybe the Los Angeles Chargers go in that direction. So there are others far more deserving so just leave the Rams alone please!
