I'm being
sickeningly conservative in that statement as we have
Akers, VJ, Burgess, Lewis, Hopkins(HigBee-lite)...that will play meaningful snaps and may even start by year's end. Akers and VJ are practically starting!!!.....and a starting Kicker
(i got my doubts on this guy tho! lol)and better depth on OG Anchrum
(over Demby).
The Snead/McVay personnel gambles
- trading for a lot of draft capital but they did so for KNOWN commodities - appear to be paying off ..but that strategy ONLY works if a team can absolutely nail 2nd-5th round picks to backfill the roster for depth and even get a starter here or there.
And they appear to have done it with this last draft - which may have been the best from top to bottom in a decade or more!!! WOW!
