He just doesn't seem to have IT as the kicker..... KO nothing special and he's certainly anything but automatic in the short kicking game. Man his kicks are low.
Having Kupp back there just doesn't make sense on so many levels to me.... he's not that quick twitch instant accelerator that can gain 10 yards. Risk of injury to a main offensive weapon just not worth it compared to what he brings as a PR.
Bergamo's decision's so far don't seem to stack up against a top notch ST coordinator to me.
Yer we didn't see practice, but everything that came out from reporters and scrimmage did not have Sloman in 1st place? Reading the story Jordn wrote about Snead recently I'm surprised by how just few good practices at the witching hour elevated Sloman to 1st place. (I know Snead isn't the voice of the 53, but I bet he has input to help McVay choose).
