I just took that figure straight off Over the Cap. Didn't we have some carry over from last year though (Talib trade?) Which is added on to that $198M?
Yer, that's the cap floor and probably will be nearer the $200m or more, just depending on this on how they spread the lost revenue?
That's what I was guessing at, and the Rams and teams must have been given some sort of approx guide value otherwise teams wouldn't want to sign any players and then have to chop some to fit under the cap.
I wonder how much free space we'll be left with next year....
