When I saw Woods extension I went to look at his game logs to get an idea of how productive he has been.
I then went and took a peek at Kupp's Here are his numbers since that signature game he had in London against the Bengals (the same game that Cooks left because of concussion). After that game and for the rest of the season without Cooks, then a reduced role for Cooks, and the Rams playing more 2TE formations. I'm posting links to some data below. As I have mentioned previously there was a huge dropoff in Kupp's production the last 8 games of last year. Then on Sunday with the Rams running 50 plays out of 3WR sets and with Kupp playing 85% of the offensive snaps he only had 5 targets with 4 receptions for 40 yards
I'm going to be watching this very very closely but through the last 9 games with the exception of two-games against Arizona Kupp has been virtually invisible. I am simply not at all sure that Kupp is the kind of WR many of you think he is.
