Goff gets decapitated ---> Gallup gets called for PI.
Could it be that the Rams are good at working the refs? Maybe Goff? I like to think he points out things to the refs with a minimum of emotion and a soupcon of respect, and doesn't overdo it.
Or maybe Ramsey was working the refs?
Or maybe Goff had nothing to do with it, and it was a pure make-up call? The straight arm was there, for sure, but contact seemed to be with the back of the wrist, the elbow wasn't quite locked, and it is probably true that it is not usually called.
But Jordan Fuller's play was the best by far. The quality of that play, just out of nowhere, was staggering.
