Once McVay sends the tape to the NFL? That will (hopefully) bring more attention to it.. The photo of the ref LOOKING right at the head shot should be investigated by the commissioner and that ref should be forced to sit a few games.. I mean, if he couldn't see THAT while looking right AT it, then he couldn't see a whole bunch of other stuff, either and is a danger to everyone on the field..
