Cooper Kupp wants to stay with Rams beyond 2020: 'I love it here'

It seems like not long ago that Cooper Kupp was coming into the NFL as a fan-favorite after being selected by the Rams in the third round. The Eastern Washington product quickly had an impact as a rookie in 2017 before continuing his upward trend in 2018 and 2019.
Somehow, he’s already entering his fourth season in the league, which also means it’s the final year of his contract. Kupp will become a free agent after this season if he doesn’t sign an extension beforehand, which has Rams fans worried.
What should encourage fans is the fact that Kupp clearly wants to stay in Los Angeles and has grown comfortable within the organization. On a conference call with reporters Friday, Kupp said he’s leaving contract talks to his agent, but doesn’t want to play anywhere else.
