I thought Harris was going to be the answer to our prayers. He was one my fav's back then. Damn, we came soooo close sooo many times!!! I would love to see the 1973 Yearbook as well. Those awesome uni's POPPING in the Cali sun is an image I will never forget!

Man, those were the days!

I still remember watching Monday Night Highlights first game in 73 at halftime because that's all they had back then and showing new Head Coach Chuck Knox and those new uniforms on the road against the Kansas City Chiefs....Rams won 23-13 and the 73 season was off with a bang. Too bad Hadl's back was bad a year later, Harris was big, could run and had a great arm, just wish they had stuck with him or Ron Jaworski as Pat Haden will always be my least favorite QB in Ram history.

MNF halftime highlights were awesome. It was something you really looked forward each week. It always left you wanting more! Can you imagine having this kind of access back then?!? Kids today are spoiled!!! lol

I thought Harris was the total package and Jaws (the Polish Rifle) didn't get a fair chance. Great memories Brother!
