Oh yes I remember Nelson and McLaughlin very well Extra points were an adventure with those 2. I think McLaughlin went to play in a Band, maybe that was his calling lol ! I remember Tom Dempsey missing I think at least a couple extra points and a FG vs the Falcons in the mid 70s maybe 76. But it didnt matter as we Won like 59-0 going away with Back Ups playing. Those were some Great Times but those Darn Playoffs losses to the Vikings and Cowboys were brutal. We had some excellent teams. We were of the Big 3 of the NFC Contenders. Still eat sleep and breath our Rams until I go to the Rams Horn in the Sky wearing all my stuff. My son is posting here and is about a Diehard Rams Fan as me his Dad. Its Great Day is when the whiners lose ! I have been following this board since the mid 90s or whenever it started as its always been my favorite .I like when our Rams Fans know their Rams Football. I dont know if its me but it sure seems Pro Journalism has got worse and they do very little to no research and its about hype and the Fav team they hope gives them that attention.
