Doesn't matter...the NFL has enough money and medical experts at their disposal to figure out a way to make it as safe as possible..... they will do multiple test per week and have rapid same day results.
it could all still go up in smoke, but I don't see the league just rolling over and canceling the season.....my best set is that they delay the start of the season just to buy more time to see where things are going and better prepare
