First of all, it's a whopping 1 hr 15 minutes, all between Albert Breer and Sean McVay. They are good friends, and spent a lot of time talking about how he got started in coaching. Breer alluded to McVay as a player beating Calvin Johnson for MVP of their high school but in typical McVay fashion, he downplayed this and reinforced the head start his coaching career got as an intern (?) under Jon Gruden. McVay answers Breer's questions and touches on Dick Vermeil being a mentor for him - and his concern about burn out. Family will come after getting married next year and McVay wants to be efficient in what he does so that he has family time for their kids.

For me, an hour and 15 minutes well spent.
